Milan is a beautiful city of fashion, football, opera and glamour like very few places on earth. Milan is found about 50 kilometers south of Switzerland in northern Italy. Perhaps one of the most noticeable attractions is the Duomo di Milano, an insanely beautiful Gothic cathedral besides the Castello Sforzesco, a huge UNESCO protected castle. You also have one of the most renowned opera houses on the planet called La Scala and many other grand places.

You might not feel like you are visiting an actual Italian city such as Venice or Florence when in Milan. It has a different atmosphere and feel to it.
